Honolulu Swish is partnering with Pro’s Vision and Sports Academy to create expanded opportunities for Hawaii players to compete with a Honolulu-based team, a national team, or both.

This partnership connects Honolulu Swish’s established local teams, coaches, facilities and development resources with the national basketball experience, relationships and competitive platform of Pro’s Vision and Sports Academy.
Players can begin their development in Hawaii, compete with their Honolulu Swish teammates and be evaluated for opportunities within Nike EYBL, Nike EYCL, Jr. EYBL and other national basketball environments.
Two Potential Team Pathways
Honolulu Team Pathway
Qualifying Honolulu Swish teams and players may participate in selected Nike-related tournaments, clinics, evaluations and competitive events as a Honolulu-based team.
This pathway allows players to continue developing and competing together while gaining experience against higher-level regional and national competition.
National Team Pathway
Players who demonstrate the appropriate development, ability and readiness may be considered for national team opportunities through Pro’s Vision and Sports Academy.
Depending on the opportunity, selected players may compete with the Honolulu team, join a national roster, or participate through both pathways during the season.

Keeping the Team at the Center
Honolulu Swish will continue leading its Hawaii teams, practices, coaching, facilities, local competition and family communication.
Players will continue building chemistry and developing together as Honolulu Swish teams. The partnership adds opportunities for those teams to compete at a higher level while also creating individual pathways for players who earn invitations to national rosters.
This structure allows players to remain connected to their Honolulu team while pursuing the competitive opportunities best suited to their development.
Bringing More Opportunities to Hawaii
The partnership also creates opportunities to bring national-level camps, clinics, evaluations and events directly to Hawaii.
Hosting more programs locally will give Hawaii players greater access to experienced coaches, evaluators and national basketball leadership while making national-level development opportunities more accessible to local families.
Open Tryouts Are Ongoing
Honolulu Swish is currently welcoming players interested in joining the program. Open tryouts allow players to meet the coaches, participate in a team practice and be evaluated for the appropriate Honolulu Swish age group.
Selected players can begin developing with a Honolulu-based team and earn consideration for future Nike EYBL, Nike EYCL, Jr. EYBL and national team opportunities.
